"One On One"
Large groups often followed Jesus while on his earthly ministry, wishing to see his miracles and listen to his word, but He also took time to talk to people one on one. No matter how tired or busy Jesus was, no person that came to him was dismissed. Jesus often did miracles to heal the sick, but his main object was always to save souls.
When a man named Nicodemus came to talk to Jesus late at night, He told him: "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life". John 3:16. The word "whoever" is very important because it means "any body, any one or any person".

I noted the following about the teachings of Jesus: even if he was talking to a crowd or to just one person, He always made clear the fact that he did not come to save groups, but to save each individual person. There can be many sick in the hospital, but the doctor has to attend one on one. Jesus taught that God wants to work with us in the same way. Each one has to come for their own need, to make their own confession of sin and ask for forgiveness by ourselves. Other can also pray for us, but we are the ones that have to get close to God. If we do not understand this, we won't receive all the advantages of salvation.
Each person has to have his own experience with God, and not wait for other people to tell you.
We are like the man that started a trip, very sure of himself, he did not want anybody's help because he knew the way. Everything was fine until someone told him he was in the wrong road. He didn't believe in the beginning, but later on he had to accept that he was lost. So he tried to find signs in the road that will lead him in the right direction. This happens to al of us. We go on our own way until someone tells us that we are on the wrong road, and finding ourselves lost, we look for signs to go back in the right path and he here about the love of God, about the bible, about Jesus and what he did for us. We believe and obey; we turn to him to be guided. "For the Son of Man came to seek and to save what was lost" Luke 19:10. We can clearly see that we a saved one on one. And whoever comes to me I will never drive away" John 6:37.
Going back to the story of Nicodemus, he came to Jesus at night because he didn't want the other to know that he was with Jesus, the first words Jesus said were: "I tell you no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again" we are converted and born into the family of God, birth is a personal thing, we are born one after one and we became children of God one on one, there is no other way. Come to God with your need, he can help you, save you and heal you.
