To book an appointment for Settlement Services, please phone:

APPOINTMENT TIME

Downtown Toronto: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays 9 a.m., 11 a.m., 1:30 p.m., 2:30 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays 9 a.m., 11 a.m. (Not afternoons)

North York: Thursdays 1– 4 p.m.

Scarborough: Tuesdays 1– 4 p.m.

Mississauga: Tuesdays 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Walk-Ins are also accepted during office hours if staff is available. Please Note: Mississauga Office is by appointment only.

  • Provide individuals settlement informaiton
  • Provide referrals
  • Provide legal referrals
  • Connect, contact and liase (on be half of client) with governmental and community agencies
  • Form filling assistance
  • Short-term crisis counseling

INFORMATION YOU WILL BE ASKED WHEN MAKING THE APPOINTMENT:

Your name, phone number and topic/issue you need assistance with (for example: immigration, employment, housing, etc.)..

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE APPOINTMENT:

All the information (documents, letters, etc.) that you have available about the topic/issue you wish to discuss.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS:(appointment)

Q: May I bring my family (spouse and children) to the appointment?
A: Yes, you may. If you have child care available for your children or if they attend school, they do not need to come with you.

Q: May I bring a friend/relative/caseworker to the appointment?
A: Yes, you may. You decide who you would like to have present during the appointment.

Q: Are your offices wheelchair accessible?
A: Our downtown office is on the second floor and there is no elevator available. Please phone and we can discuss how to make an appointment possible.

Mississauga, North York and Scarborough offices are wheelchair accessible.
