Dear Comrades:

Attached please find the initial advertising posters for our Divisional Multicultural Conference to be held on the weekend of April 18-20th, 2008 at Jackson’s Point Conference Centre.

The Conference theme is -- TOGETHER:
  • Telling our story
  • Embracing diversity
  • Journeying together in Christ

    • The conference will commence on Friday evening with a plenary session and special guest speaker (to be confirmed). Saturday will be workshops, networking displays, and multi-cultural entertainment. The conference will conclude on Sunday with worship and lunch.

    The Saturday workshops will be in three tracks:
  • THE WORLD TOGETHER - Telling our Story (Refugee Track)
  • PEOPLE TOGETHER - Embracing Diversity (Cultural Awareness Track)
  • CHURCH TOGETHER - Journeying Together in Christ (Congregational Track)

    • Please put these dates on your agenda, and begin now to promote this important event. We ask for your prayers for the planning committee as we continue to fine tune the details of this weekend.
