Vision and Mission
  • The use of a value-added, participatory approach for motivating and mobilizing targeted clients ( 400/year) to rediscover their talents and potential in capacity building and assist them in fulfilling their life mission in Canada

  • Reach out and encourage clients to become over comers of deeply rooted obstacles through a two-way mechanism —individual and collective—while addressing socio-economic, emotional and spiritual factors

  • Help clients to achieve a positive mindset and attitude through gaining language and job-search skills, volunteering opportunities, and community engagement activities.

  • Help clients discover, voice and satisfy their hidden needs—to evolve from basic and immediate needs satisfaction to community leadership development

  • The first Hope Rally Group, accountants' group, has setup and worked out a working plan to master Simply Accounting in this summer. Stay tuned with more news coming soon....

  • Hope Rally will be officially launched on April 2nd, with a public meeting at our 7 Labatt St. offices at 10:30 am. Come and celebrate the kick-off celebration with us.

  • Partnership

    IRS is partnering with the Mennonite New Life Centre, who will be offering the Community Engagement workshops and with Toronto District School Board who will continue offer ESL education.

    We are looking for business and not-for-profit partners to create win-win co-op, volunteer, and job placement opportunities.

    Fund Raising

    This program has received two years funding from the Salvation Army Territorial Headquarters as a newcomers' community engagmeent pilot study.

    • Sign in a Hope Rally Group


    • Create a New Group
    Clients participating in the program will be placed in support groups of 4-6 like-minded newcomers. These groups will support each other as they build strategic goals over a three month period.
