Dear Gee Jo Sam,

I received an email for your site and I would like to be included in the Dream Army. I am an active adherent (though not a soldier) of the Portland, Oregon (USA) Tabernacle Corps, and I am glad to see the vision catching fire on the internet. Please pray for Portland, Oregon and that the light of the gospel will drive out the spiritual darkness in our schools and local government. Our adult Sunday school class is praying for the gospel to catch fire here and change the lives of our friends and neighbors.

Dear Gee Jo:

I love your enthusiasm and would be privileged to be a soldier in the 'dream army.'

God has used dreamers and dreams for centuries to extend His kingdom. In short, we need more dreamers.

I attach a power point of the doctrines which might be of interest to you.

Rich blessings.

Letter from Mark and Isobel Wagner, Sent : Friday, February 3, 2006 7:10 PM

Hi Gee Jo

I don't know if I'm qualified to join your dream Army or not. That's quite a prestigious group of people you have listed there! But if you would like to add me, I would be happy to be added. My dreams for the Army become realities when, by the grace of God, I am able to plant new churches for the Army.

God bless you,

Mark

Mark Wagner is the lead pastor at Westsong community church. He is a fourth generation pastor with the Salvation Army. Through years of study (BTh, BA, MA, MDiv, STM) he has developed a passion for helping people understand what the Bible is saying and what it has to do with us! He is committed to planting and pastoring new, vibrant churches for the twenty-first century.

Isobel Wagner is the discipleship pastor at Westsong community church. She spent many years in training (BA, BRE, MTS), and has a special interest in nurturing people through HOME groups and mentoring. (And with five kids, her life is often just like one big HOME group!) Isobel also coordinates the CLASSes that people attend as they first come to our church and continue to grow in their faith. These CLASSes (acronym: Christian Life and Service Seminars) enable us to be driven by the five purposes that God designed for the church.

Leger des Heils
Hoofdkwartier
Territoriaal Secretaris Vrouwenorganisaties

Dear Gee Jo

Quite by accident this morning I discovered your Dream Army website and I must congratulate you on your initiative. You have worked very hard to put together an unusual concept in which you clearly express your personal testimony of your love for the Lord and your wholehearted belief in The Salvation Army and its mission.

My husband and I are honoured to be included in your Dream Army membership (currently standing at 26) and we wonder just what inspired your choice of members? Perhaps you read something about our ministry through music from the number of internet sites on which our names appear? It would be interesting to learn the reasons for your particular selection.

However I see that you are missing a photograph for us, so I am happy to provide you with one. See attached.

Meanwhile keep up the good work! Anything which stimulates healthy discussion on vital issues which affect our personal lives service and worship is to be encouraged.

May the Lord bless and continue to guide you in this.

Sincerely

Sylvia Dalziel

Alexander Wood, Subject: Words from your friend Date: Wed, 28 Dec 2005 19:03:38 IST

Dear Gee Jo,

The most important thing I would like to share with you is our friendship. I feel that it has been the will of God that we should share together in this way. I think that is only right that I tell you that over the past few weeks a number of people from my Corps have found your website about your dream Salvation Army. And though your website they have also found my website. Many positive words have been said about both mine and your sites. My friends at Sunderland Millfield asked me to pass on their best wishes and ask me to keep going with is special kind of ministry. Please be assured that you will be remembered in our prayers and that we will be keeping an eye on your website.

Take care my dear friend and I hope to hear from you soon.

The blessing of our Lord Jesus Christ,
The Love of God,
And the Fellowship of the Holy Spirit
Be with you and your family " now and forever.

Yours in Christ,

Love and prayers
